Client really slow

My league client has been very slow as of late, it will stutter heavily and it takes me much longer to get into pre/post game lobby than it used to. I have reinstalled the client many times and each time i do it, it will run very fast in the beginning like its supposed to but then it just slows down to the point where whenever i finish a game and im loading into post game lobby it freezes and windows asks if i want to terminate it. For it to then load normally about 30 seconds later, yes i have enabled low spec mode and even turned off all music/sounds. In game i get about 200 fps constantly with everything maxed out and everything runs smoothly but once i get back into the client i feel like i have about 5 fps.
