Getting banned because I did badly

As title says. I get banned for 14 days because I did bad with Jax in URF. Because I had no other choice but Jax or Braum. Yet the person who spends the game flaming at me gets off scott-free even after reporting him?

This game is a joke. I'm not even level 20 yet, and I can't play this game without running into people who can magically turn the system in their favor.

"Reform" is a joke, because you can spend a month playing games and getting consistent honor but one report from ANYONE gets you restricted.

Thanks Riot. I'll be getting my $50 back from you one way or another.
