little question about ranked merch unlocks

A MESS··1 votes·727 views

My highest rank last year was the challenger in flex5v5, however, my solo/duo is only master. Now I can buy the challenger shirts however could not see the preview with names. For master rank yes I can see the preview with names. For both purchasing options, I could click "Include Summoner Name" Thanks
