OK, so I was playing some Howling Abyss, (typical too tired to play real league but can't sleep), and we played on the top right side of the map. We ended up winning the game, but down on the left side, as the game ended I heard some weird laugh and something dart off screen but I couldn't make it out. I wasn't another champions laugh, it was something different. Anyone have any ideas on what that was?

I've been hearing a whistle in some of my games, on all maps, mostly at the start. No idea why. Don't think its a Little Legend or emote or anything like that.
Also, for the record, the next champion(the very non-traditional marksman) is a black woman with a massive cannon, who at this moment doesn't appear to have ties to the Freljord in any capacity(the only image we have is a low quality, unfinished splash art for her release skin, though). I doubt its anything for her, and none other the other upcoming champions/reworks are ready for that level of teasers.
So, basically, I don't know.
