Option to refund skins from reworked champs

RIOT should offer an optional refund for skins that were purchased for a champ pre-rework. A lot of champs that have been reworked have different looks to them after being and no longer look the same with a certain skin in game that a player had purchased originally. It's disappointing for some people to have liked a skin so much and suddenly it no longer looks the same in game and doesn't appeal to them anymore.
