Is everyone just getting worse

Just wondering, has everyone here been awfully bad mid laners and supports? I just played a game with a kalista mid (who fed) and a mrogana mid (who fed and complained). Also, I feel like support players try really hard but just ending up not being good....... wtf am i supposed to do with such bad teams.
