Idea for Clubs

I had an idea for clubs to go more in depth. Players - such as myself - highly enjoy the idea of clubs being a place where you can talk to many of your friends and create games, events, etc. I would like to approach Riot on an idea on how to expand on this: Make clubs more like Clans. Adding banners, clan rank updates, playerboards, leaderboards, etc. Basically make clubs more of a clan-type feel. Just an idea
