The Edgelord Quota

Now seeing as Darius (or the edgy side) has taken the lead; I feel as now is a presentable time to say-- What's with all of the sleepers coming from the community? From the first VS. Event we had the opportunity to pick a side, numerous amounts of people have chosen Riven, from what I saw on two accounts I actively use, I rarely saw Yasuo backers. I assumed it was higher up or in lower end bronze (sorry for the stab at that, but the 'bronze yas' joke holds up).

This new "edgelord quota" people are hitting was at a weird time to be sure. Yet even in these times of Hot Topic dwellers and Black eye shadow using fanatics; in the First VS. Event, they never showcased the Riven Victory icon, whereas this time they showed both before the event ever started.

From the beginning, 1000BE isn't that much of an incentive to be worth frowning upon or laughing at others about, I enjoy Garen's and the Wolf's Icons far more than the others, Mostly because its The Alliance Symbol in a nutshell from WoW. Long Live GoldShire, ahem sorry. However, others may enjoy the opposing side- and no hatred to that, of course. People may enjoy whatever they please.

It's somewhat sad to see the "Darkness becomes me" side rises up again for a second time. Let's just see if they get a third strike on this track record, still hoping for 15% of their next purchase at the It's Not A Phase Store, Sorry xX_DarkReaper_Xx.
