i have heard there was supposed to be more darkin being released is this riots way of releasing a female darkin? portraying her as a succubus using lust as a lure. if so its a very good archetype and well executed

Nope. She's more akin to Tahm Kench, demon associated with a specific emotion / state of mind.

No. She doesn't have a huge obvious weapon like Aatrox or Kayn have. Since darkin are weapons, unless she had some amulet or something that was a darkin, she's not a darkin.
