Quinn & Valor Mini-Rework

So this may sound like an over buff, but I think Riot could experiment with this on Quinn, so they can re-add Valor into the champion name. You know Kled has a cowardly Lissade, but Quinn has a mighty bird. Why would Valor not be able to fight on his own? But the idea is to mix her first ult with her (P), so Quinn changes with Valor when she dies, however, can be changed on command at the fountain, like Kayn's (P).

(P) Harrier - Passive: (Basically unchanged, but to show that my idea is not to remover Harrier.)

[NEW] (P) Quinn & Valor - Passive: When Quinn dies, Valor will take Quinn's place as a new Champion. Quinn goes on her death timer. If Quinn finishes > > her death timer, she will not respawn until Valor dies or returns to the fountain. (When Quinn is at the fountain, Quinn can trade places with Valor.)

If Valor is dead, Quinn's Q, W, and Ult are disabled until Valor respawn. If Valor is dead and Quinn dies, the respawn timer on Quinn & Valor is reset, and they will respawn together.

Quinn & Valor's respawn timers are the same.

This is a hefty suggestion. But I think this fits Quinn perfectly and could lead to some interesting ideas if Riot would go so far to give Valor his own unique ability set.

But, I wrote this, to get feedback and opinions about my idea. Should Riot try this?
