More language options

So get this I'm from the Caribbean and I paly on NA server which you know is great and all but at time the internet really isn't too hot so connection can be an issue sometimes which either limits how much I play or who I can play based off the delay and I found out earlier this year that the Caribbean designated server was actually not NA but the LAN server so me all excited and what not said o lets myself and some friends make the move over there to play should be cool but on arrival we realize that there is no option for English, Dutch or French and I wondered why is this the Caribbean although yes majority Spanish has a large number of also English speakers as well as a few French and Dutch speakers mixed in so why is there no option to change the language I see this as only a benefit to RIOT as it allows for plays to be in there regions less likely to suffer from lag and then less likely to ruin games and to me its a simple fix just ad the language changes in to be honesty I dont care what language the characters speak in game I would just like to know where exactly I'm going when on the LAN client.

Riot again I know you can do better so do it
