2 server for North America to reduce latency (lag) in games.

I think riot games should add another server in North America one in the west and one in the east. Whenever I play League in the morning I get a good 120 ms. After around 4pm my ping goes from 120 to a constant 600-900 ms with a chance to spike to 1100-10k+. However, I never lag when i play Fortnite. I think it is because of the 2 servers that Fortnite has for North America compared to League's one server.
