True Damage & Senna Time Release

From the time of my post, it's roughly five hours before the finals start. That would be the absolute earliest, though I doubt they would drop Senna before/during the finals, since people would stop watching to play the new champion.

I would assume that they will make her live sometime tomorrow afternoon (here), when they usually put out updates for the game, roughly 11-13 hours from the time of this post.
