About LP and time penalty

I'm not sure it's the right place for suggestions, but oh well.

I think it's time for Riot to change their approach of lobby leaving penalties : Leaving a normal should NOT be considered as same as leaving in ranked. At least they shouldn't increment LP loss when leaving a normal/aram lobby. I suggest they separate LP from time penalty, they leave the cross queue stacking of time penalty, and isolate the LP loss to ranked leaves.
