EMAIL TO FIND PBE PASSWORD DONT WORK

Hey, I need some help ^^' I just create a PBE account like 1 week ago and when launcher open, password dont want to work. I try like 3 time and I always take the same password. I go to ''forgot password'' and I ask Riot to sent me a email but I receive all my RP purchase and security code when I connect on this site but not the email I need. Someone can help me pls?
