Confused/rant please help.

Sorry, i dont usually do this and i dont even know if this is the right place for this but im just confused and annoyed as to why i got banned. the only thing i can think of is when i called them assholes but even then is this game really that soft for that to be a 14 day suspension? I had a rammus support with smite following olaf around which led him to rage quit for 10 mins and urgot calling me a "%%%%%%" for taking a wave bot LOOL! But in all seriousness, why is it fair that i lose my rewards for this? urgot garen olaf 3 man party btw. I feel like this game has gone so soft to the point where you cant even defend someone whos getting flamed by 3 toxic kids without being punished.
