Why this game is a damn gambling game now ?

Before preseason, you had the option to spare your IP on what stuff you want to buy, now you are gambling, you are getting those champion capsules when you level up where you could get 450/6300 IP worth champion. So, pure RNG. You can get the champion you want after 1 leveling or you can`t get him even after 8. Pure luck, a damn gambling. Riot said it would be faster to get new champions this way. The real truth is that you can POTENTIALLY do it faster.

Smallest box is 800BE.

And you get "coupons" to get champions almost 50% off. You didn't get coupons before.

Should be able to buy any champion after 8 levels. If you took the time to actually document your BE gains each level you will find it averages out to approximately 1000 BE a level from 31-40.

I miss being able to save up IP for champions and not rely on lootcrates.

I can still save up IP, but it'd be faster and easier to save up for retirement at a minimum wage job.
