Missing skins and riot support not helpful

So for over a month now ive tried working with the support staff to find out why my Dragonslayer Pantheon skin went missing from my account after returning from after nearly 2 years. (This skin was gifted to me via random skin boxes from my friend.) The staff say its not in my purchase history or my gifting history. I requested a data request, waited a month, got it, and it didn't show my gifting history at all. I bring it up in a new ticket, and the staff brush it off with the same copy paste answers...

I asked if they can send me my gifting history, they point again to a data request(trying to brush me off for another month?). So at this point the staff are screwing with me and it feels like they just don't care to solve this at all. I just want my skin back, i'm not even asking for the other skins that went missing too, which they game the same answer of "its not there I swear I checked."

Has anyone else had this happen and had it positively resolved?
