Masters Decay
Am i able to Decay out of masters or am i able to take a break until the new season and not worry about dropping anything like mmr and such?

Decay does not occur in preseason? At least it didn't in the past. That might not be true anymore I don't really know.
Your MMR can change and you can be promoted and demoted, that's for sure. This is useful for inflating your mmr prior to the reset for a better reset score and higher initial placement next season.
Also, even if you do decay, MMR doesn't decay, just league points, so your MMR would still be the same and you'd just be ranked "gold 1" with 2400+ MMR, and the reset would set you to mid/high plat.
