ok so maybe go play overwatch or call of duty where you can kill people all day and call them fucking trash this game doesnt ban you for cursing unless you are directing it at people as an insult and they make the choice to report you maybe if you and your friends are getting banned you arent on good behavior and are causing more harm to the game than good just a thought

For some reason, Riot insists on this hardcore form of punishment for no reason. Honestly, it's probably just to make more money from people who get perma banned and then get another acct and spend more to get more stuff. It's ALWAYS about $$$$$$.
Your suggestion of being perma banned from chat is great, if the user is just a flamer but otherwise tries their best. If someone is always feeding on purpose, then they should be banned for a period of months, say 3 months at a time or something.
You are correct, no other game has this kind of punishment system.
I also play CSGO and people swear ALL the time on there, yet if I compare League to CS, I would say League is a much more toxic community. It is because Riot does not actually care about toxic players; all they care about is making $$$$.
The only time I ever play League is with a group of 3 friends or more. Never play ranked alone, never play draft alone. It is all trash for solo players.
it sucks that people have figured out how it works and when they get mad at their team they run it down mid midgame and riot cant detect that in any way possible.

This problem isn't a fixable one, you can mitigate it at best.
ive lost quite a few accounts to being toxic, idc im 1 trick i can buy my champion and spend no money on new acc gonna be even easier with new rune system cause i wont need to grind ip at all to be able to play ranked. if i get banned i can buy a new char on my new acc lvl it to 30 in few days and boom easy.
