Chat Restriction= No Boarder at the end of the Season???

Got chat banned for being toxic against a janna who played her champ like a tank and a mf mid who went 0/8 and 1/12/5 at the end of the match both were toxic as well i dont think they recieved any punishment which is kind of funny since they said more and did more but yes i take responsibility for what i said and am owning my chat ban but does that take away my border at the end of the season is the question
