Hacked then Perma Banned

Just decided to come back to the game. When I logged into the site to download the client, I looked at match history, out of curiosity. Noticed games played when I hadn't been playing. Once the client installed, I tried to log in only to find I was perma banned. Someone had hacked my account and was very toxic. I submitted a ticket.

I know I won't get a resolution here, but I was wondering if anyone had heard of a situation like this or if I have a realistic chance of getting my account back. I have hundreds of dollars invested, skins that are no longer available (Championship Riven!), skins I got on sale during release that would never be on sale again (Spirit Guard Udyr!), not to mention a large portion of champs. I really don't want to restart.

Contact the support and explain your situation and keep telling them that you got hacked and didnt play for x time. Not gonna lie, your chances are pretty shitty since "I got hacked" is probably one of the most common excuses, but you can still try.

Contact to support, but chances of you getting unban are very low.

I know I'm late replying here, but wanted to say I did get my account back. The support team was not only very helpful, but understanding and willing to taek the extra effort into looking into my specific situation. Can't tell you how extremely happy I was to hear the news! I was assuming the same as you both said, that the chances were very low.
