Next Hextech skin?

Hey riot are we nearing the release of a new gemstone skin ? I'm currently not satisfied with with the current gemstone skins out at them moment. I own the Hec and kog skins because I loved the designs of those skins. But recently the skins you been putting out haven't caught my eye and are for champs I don't enjoy playing. I have gemstones saved up for a potential new skin, but at this rate I feel like you guys are putting anytime or care in to creating these skins. I've been playing this game for years and put a lot of money into the game collecting a lot of skins over time, hopefully you guy can make higher quality gemstone skins or at least implement a better system to reward the players that poured tons of money into your game.
