how do you win this game?

you are akali, you have just about double the enemy nasus's cs, you have one kill on him (can't get any kills later because nasus r > akali r, he has spectre's cowl, and he's staying at max exp range when he doesn't have his ult, hard shoving whenever you go anywhere other than lane)

bot has already lost their turret, and you're begging for a lane swap. bot doesn't lane swap. do you just give up the top turret and allow nasus to free farm and try to do something bot while being unable to get any cs?
