Ping going from 42 to 43

Hey guys, I know it might seems like nothing but since I came back on league my being keep going from 42 - 43 but it makes my champion literally sit there for around a second and a half and then it reacts to the commande or skills I pressed. Ive been having this issue every 15-30 seconds when I cast multiple spells.

Anyone having the same issue?
