Where is the rest of the update?

Where is the new brand skin and ahri skin? They finally released the chroma bundles, but who cares about that. Also, in normal champion updates they usually rerelease legacy skins etc. I get maybe they won't release silver kayle and judgement (which sucks since they aren't even special animation wise) but where are the other legacy's?!
