We have a gp mid inting. A bronze gp mid inting.
This is gold, he does terrible routinely why is he in my ranked game? Please can we get a ban?

Looks like a smurf from the winrate on the account. Also it was botted account with normal games running the same runes and summoner spells to lvl 30 inting. Just report for inting / cheating / 3rd party program.
you want him banned cause a bronze was put into a game with golds? as if it was his choice?
sounds like MMR, I often have golds with bronzes at the moment at this start of season
