I'm just trying to figure it out Why do the rest of the servers have to wait, just because the US has a day off i would have though that they would send the data to servers and just set it up to be released on a schedule And more important, why is this information being released on a Private Twitter, when this is something that everyone that is playing league is wondering about, at least post it on Reddit where the majority of people who read league related stuff are

Because Riot needs days off as well. This information was not released on a private Twitter, this is a Rioter's Twitter. The League Reddit is run by community members, not Riot. It is up to them to post this information on their page.
