Clash Suggestion

Is there a way to make brackets in the morning and afternoon with the one at night? I find my team usually having something to do by around 8 o clock ESPECIALLY during Sunday where tomorrow will have to be a school day. I understand that subs exist but the thing is I want to play with the friends I hand picked because we want to have fun together. It's frustrating having to deal with one of my friends being forced by a strict schedule. Sometimes it looks like its ok to play for them, but then something out of control happens. 8:30pm is just way too late for the people with strict schedules :(
