Riot, PLEASE fix your game.

I am not a person that likes to talk about stuff here too much but this situation really made me mad and disappointed. I've been playing League for a while now but I started trying to climb on ranked earlier this year. I learned so much about the community and the game itself and League really became a big part of my daily routine _(no life) _
Anyways, what brought me here are many issues about ranked games and i didn't know to who or where can i talk about it. I tried reporting a few in-game issues to riot on the ''Report a bug'' section, but I still didn't get any replies. However, i figured out that i could talk to you here and even if Riot employees don't see this, I hope you can help me how to contact them directly to help me figure this out.
Note: Both of these issues happened in the new patch (8.12)
The first one occured in-game, I started a ranked game, I was playing Tryndamere jungle and Veigar was afk ever since the game started: he didn't move nor he bought any starting items. You can see it here:
So we all thought that we will remake of course, and just before 3 minutes the game said that he left the game. 3 minutes passed and in chat there was no remake option. I typed /remake and still nothing happened. I basically lost LP for nothing.
And today i got so mad because i got to promos, already had a free win and when i lost the next game i got a popup saying that my promos ended because of inactivity?! Really riot? I am already down to 20LP s5 and i was that close to hitting s4 again..What inactivity? I literally got to promos and the next game they ended And please don't ask me questions: are you sure that you didn't finish your promos etc. I am pretty sure. Please, do something this has happened twice in two days. I am aware that it will be easy to climb up again but things like this are not expected from such a company as Riot games.
P.S Please help me and tell me how to talk to someone that works in Riot to help me fix these issues. As I've said bug reporting hasn't helped me yet.
