Best and worst Talon matchups?

So i main Mid but i only played mages so far, such as , so i told myself to actually start playing some Assasin-type midlaners for once(i do know that Ahri can be considered an assasin). I have not played Talon yet because i actually like to get informed about builds, strategies and matchups before i start training and playing normal games before finally trying to go to ranked. So i figured that some Talon mains here could tell me which matchups are good and which ones are bad for him.

I know him and i also had a look at his content. But since i am a Bronze player and not a Challenger, i figured that getting tips from some lower elo players would be more helpful. Watching videos of someone who is worlds apart from me just does not do it for me i guess. Since i am fairly new to the game, i gotta start off from the bottom and get better from there. That is why Videos actually do not help me. But still, i thank you for the tip.

He has no bad match ups Except picking Tanky stuff into him like any other assassin suffers from this Like Cho mid or Rene mid or something Lissandra and Annie might be considered a bit hard , but not impossible to win
