Free Skin For A Champ You Own [Issue]

I recently just found out that at level 5 you get 3150+ BE, so of course I made a new Shaco account.

And later you recieve a chest containing a skin for a champion you OWN

However, because now, we receive Ashe, Garen and Brand before we even get the chest, we're not guaranteed to receive a skin for our favourite champ (In this case, Shaco)

This is a pretty small issue, but one I'd like to see somehow fixed.

IMO You should receive a CHEST with those champions at those levels, e.g at level 2 you receive a chest guaranteed to have Ashe, so if you want her, you can get her, if you want to get her later, you can choose to do so. This would also introduce some newer players to the actual loot system early on.
