what will it take for riot to revise the balance team?

I, as has everyone else im sure, have seen endless comments, board posts, youtube videos, responses to riots social media pages, that reflect poorly on the balance team and the state of the game. Champions like akali and irelia go untouched despite endless complaints about how overpowered they are, high win rate champs like pyke are getting buffs, and fairly balanced champs like nami are getting nerfed, Kha gets a buff which is quite obviously a money grab on their end, even if they will refuse to admit it. These things all go to show how out of touch the balance team are, and they still seem to refuse to listen to what would matter most, the players. It is questionable whether they are balancing for pro play or not.

but, what do you think will be the breaking point for riot to have a talk and truly focus on balance? a drop in playerbase? a vote? a mass drop in rp sales?

They do do this. They just may not have the same vision for the game as the most outspoken members of the community, or they may be working with more data or knowledge of future changes than we are.

In every other job in the world, if you perform low-quality work and/or are unable to meet expectations of either the company or the customers, you get fired, or at the very least reprimanded.

Only at Riot Games can employees do a piss-poor job for months at a time and not be held accountable.

Pro tip: random people on the internet with no idea wtf theyre talking about arent as good at something as a professional in that specific field with far more tools and data.
