when will buffs come to adcs that were gutted

ever since preseason the adcs that were meta last season were guted , xayah kaisa and lucian rn hold some of the lowest winrates , with kaisa having the 4th lowest winrate in the game while akali received HUGE hotfix buffs instantly while most adcs have been horrible for more than a month now nearing 2 . Asides from statistiques i can tell why kaisa is horrible rn and it has to do with the 5 adc nerf on storm razor delaying q upgrade by 3 lvls as kaisa has pretty low ad per lvl . There was also the crit cloack nerf and the armor items buff paired with her hardest machips rn being much stronger kaisa can t win lane nor scale and is now really praying for buffs . Xayah suffers from the pro play syndrome as xayah raken is obviously strong but rarelly do botlaners duo and play this matchup as other adcs and supp stronger than xayah and rakan both individually and sepretelly . as for lucian there seems to be a confusion between rushing the bork or er also due to crit changes . but the main reason is range ruling bot atm and lucian gets both bullied and outscalled and can t contest push . rn lucian goes mid but i don t think it s that good especially in solo q So what now ? do we ignore the adc mains who rn are just trying to survive and hope solo lanes win game for them while they hold no influence on the game .
