Client Games

I started playing around when kha zix came out and there was one feature the client had that I really enjoyed a lot it was the random high elo games that the client would let u watch at a delay of course but never the less it promoted these games and I use to love to grab a snack or a drink and watch ppl play the way I wanted to view it not on a stream or some announcer who is trying way to hard to announce I want to kno why this feature was taken away... and I would like to kno if we can make it happen again?
