How am i suppose to win rank

Ive had now 15 rank game losses and counting i dont know what to do any more its so hard to win 1 bloody decent game ive either been bug splatted a couple of times and when i go back on i lose fixed the problem them my mouse dosent scroll on map lose fixed the problem but hey riot ends up giving me a 5 minute low priority queing waiting meaning i wait for those 5 minutes then play then what do i expect hey lets put norbit with clowns that wanna troll lose another 5 games then i get demoted to s4 and i play again oh wait a minute lets put him with an afk its every time i lose it gets worse and worse ALL I BLOODY WANT IS ONE RANK GAME WHERE ITS EVEN ....
