Client is slowly deteriorating in efficiency

Honestly, I miss the point in time in which the client never really had any problems. Games overtime develop themselves to become more appealing to the eye rather than efficient for gameplay. The recent client has made the game worse on the best setups, and completely incompatible on some computers as well. It crashes far too much in champion select, it lags extremely in loading anything. I really thing riot needs to either make the "Low spec mode" much more effective at actually lowering the specs, or stop treating the client as if it's the most important aspect to the game and adding too many pixels to it. In-game aspects don't matter if the load-in to the game won't even function correctly, so please address this and make it known that some players' experiences are being completely ruined, thanks.
