Riot really

So I was just in a ranked game with my friend he was in his promos to silver and i banned some dudes champ. He went on to pick Ivern top and intentionally feed and I obviously was a little toxic and called for open mid so I got a chat banned which I deserved but, this dude who inted as Ivern top in a ranked game didn't get banned.
