Can I buy RP with a different currency?

Hi, I wanted to know if it's possible to change the currency on my account from Euro to USD before buying RP or gifting a friend some skins.

Is it allowed to do so? Because I don't want to pay in Euro.

Well as far as I know you can actually buy everything you want with your curency and it will still count. I mean I buy all my games from steam with "euro" but I have only BGN(Bulgarian curency) in my card. Go ask riot support if it doesn't work for you.

i dont think it is possible cause that's they they pay in that region which is euros
