Can we get a leaverbuster update or harsher penalties for ranked afkers?

The title says it all. The punishment should not be the same for normal and ranked games. People need to be perma banned to learn a lesson. People afk in ranked all the time and still have accounts? Ranked is suppose to be competitive and serious.

Anyone else have anything to add?

LoL crashes often enough for some people that they'd be losing their account over something entirely out of their control, not just simple AFKing. It's really hard for Riot to balance being fair to people who legitimately aren't AFKing, while trying to punish those who do AFK/quit since they look the same.
