Tips, how to unlock the account?

My account is literally "locked for suspicious actions" but I wasnt downloading anything weird at all, and never shared my account. I suppose I have to send a recovery ticket to the support, but I provided all the info I can even my credit card used on the account, I mean some of its numbers not the whole info. Do u know any ways how to speed it up or anything else I can add to the ticket?
