Buying with Arcade Tokens but not getting item?

So, i was trying to spend the rest of my Arcade Tokens before the event ended for good and I noticed something weird. I kept track of my token totals and at least twice when I bought a reward, such as the Arcade 2019 ward skin and the Call Me! Emote, the client would say it was purchased and deducted my points but for some reason i checked my collection and it did not go through and now i'm down 275 points. When i go to the shop, it says i dont own it anymore?? What gives? Anyone else have this issue? I'm irked cause I bought the pass and expect to use the points i earned.

Yes. It's a problem, especially with the CALL ME "emote". If this item is on your shopping list, purchase it first, and then re-log in.

It's not consistent, sometimes it creates an "emote" "permanent" for further crafting, and sometimes it just says that it was added to inventory, but then does not appear. I have a photo of my open "emote" collection showing no sign of the "emote", while the tooltip is still on my screen saying that it has been added!

The crafting for this item is bugged, and Riot CS seems to know about it, because they were very helpful and attentive when I contacted them for help on the matter.

The "emote" is cool enough ... in what in-game scenario would I use it though? (Riot CS, of course, claimed that it was a favourite of theirs...)
