What was the point of making sett a vastaya If he basically a human??

I get that he’s half human, but he’s just a buff guy with small wolf ears..what was the point of that? He would’ve been just fine as a full blown human tbh. Also I’m not too huge on lore but isn’t neeko currently the only 100% vastayan champion, and all the other ones have humans in their ancestory tree, yet sett looks the most human of all of them? I could be wrong but, damn everyone including me was expecting a wolf headed dude but all we got was just Sylas with wolf ears.

I think it's because they wanted a half blood for lore, but the visual designers took the boring route when told to.

Honestly, it's probably because they feel the need to include more vastaya to make them feel more like a prominent species in the world.

I imagine he's less of a Half Blood and more of Half Half-blood because existing Vastaya already mated with humans to survive. So probably could be a quarter or even eighth blood.

Neeko isn't 100% Vastaya. It would be impossible for her tribe to exist if they didn't mix with humans at some point, because the Vastayashai’rei aren't their own race anymore.

And Vastaya vary between looking like beasts(Rengar) and looking more like humans(Ahri). Sett's mom was also very human-like, and since she mated with a human, the obvious result would be a very human-looking child.
