ok i understand hard to play but why still be so good when player is bad? he q auto e q auto q r kill me and i can't do nothing ? why can he do so much damage to me and have a shield that block 500 damage at lvl 10?

You want to know the best ways and reasons for why a champion have what they have? Play them.

Because he is popular. not even joking, riot basically said it. they said people complain more about champions that are popular because players see them in more games. so riot just ignores the complaints because they are popular.

he is also melee, so without the shield he would just get poked out of lane far too easily, since windwall has such a high cooldown. and constantly resetting his pasive shield with moving, and ulting at the right times is what makes a yasuo player even good. so taking that away would ruin him.

What are you doing the whole time he q auto e q auto q r kills you and why is he able to q and auto you before even using his e?
i'd honestly take away the crit before the flow shield, since you have to be moving to keep it charging, makes for more proactive gameplay, rather then hey, my crit items are actually worth the gold i spend on them +more.
The only part of his kit that I think is over-tuned is his passive. Namely, his passive Sivir shield (on an already powerful stat-boosting passive lol). Aside from that, he is the same as any other champion.
