Prestige Point skins + Hextech

So, getting a Prestige Point skin that you already own from a chest feels really bad, especially because it is the only one I have so the odds weren't even that great of it happening. My proposition is that for cases like this, why can't something similar to how the Hextech crafting system handles duplicate emote permanents be implemented to Mythic skins? If you hit the very very low odds of this happening you can re-roll that duplicate Mythic permanent into a random different/un-owned one.
