League unplayable

Alright so I've been playing league of some time now my main account had gotten perma banned due to reasons. So I made a new account and have really got into the game again. But, in the middle of games my game with freeze then won't unfreeze unless I sign out then sign back in(The first few times I restarted my pc but that took too long.), I've sent multiple tickets and they have all lead me to install the hextech repair tool and after I did that I scanned once and sent my LoL Logs in and they didn't seen a problem. It happened again so i repatched, next game it happened again so i just reinstalled it through HTR still happened so I uninstall all files that are under Riot. Clean my computer uninstalled Battle.net and Steam to free up space and take some weight off my pc. Restarted my pc installed league and then restarted again to play and see if it would happen, it didn't occur until the third game into that session. So now im on the verge of factory resetting my pc to so if that would work. I don't understand why this is a problem I've never had it happen and I've been playing since 2013. I have hundreds of hours logged into this game and only on this account have i seen these problems. I play on the lowest settings and I only have league and spotify open when I play and it still happens. Does anyone have a fix for it?
