New Player Welcoming Poro Icon?

I have Completed all the "Buddy Missions" that were available, but the "New Player Welcoming Poro Icon" didn't unlock. Is this a bug or am i just ineligible to gain this icon because I'm not a new player? Or, is there still more "Buddy Missions" to come?

I believe you had to have spent RP to get it.

When you go to Collection-Icons then scroll down to "New Players" it says obtained by completing the buddy missions also it doesn't appear in the shop.
