Who is the voice actor for God-King Garen?

It's Mick Lauer, great guy, animator from back in the Newgrounds days turned professional voice actor. I love the voice, you'll get used to it.

old champions who's VOs have not been touched tend not to have the same voice actors when they get a legendary skin years later

That topic talks about the voice acting for that skin & mentions the original voice actor. A Rioter even commented in the topic & didn't correct him about the voice actor (IF he was incorrect about who voiced him).

It may very well be a different actor, but I'd like to remind you that sometimes the same VA can be used and end up sounding differently than they did before.
