Climbing Ranked

Why the hell is it so hard to climb ranked when compared to last season?

I'm so much better than my opponents when I play Garen, in other games if you are consistently beating your opponent, it lets you skip along ranks now I feel like I have to climb division by division, I'm almost unmotivated to play the game, because I can't be fucked climbing so hard.

16-19lp per win at bronze to silver is way to low especially when I i lose the same amount every loss!!!
