Can we return phantom dancer attack speed?

After the phantom dancer changes, the attack speed got gutted to 30%. I believe it was around 40 before. What made phantom dancer unique, with the dueling potential it offered. One of the main reason I built it before the changes, was because of the damage reduction and also the attack speed it offered above other zeal items... making it the perfect dueling item. It suited dravens identity however now it just feels slower. Yeah the shield is nice, but most of the time players and I will still opt in for the rfc or wave clear, since they just offer better passives in this meta. Hell even a phantom dancer revert would would be nice.
